Honestly for people starting out with an Ai lead service, I think the funnest way to get your first couples of clients is through cold calling. When you get good at it its so information intensive and you can leverage a lot more to close deals in a zoom. Method: Scrape numbers in your niche > Populate a sheet > Spend hours calling with a good script > Sell the zoom call not your product.

I have an idea I want to put my calendly or something like that on n8n that acts as a middle man. So i can manages the hook up to Google and outlook. So if I get a client meeting that is set up By my receptionist into ghl and if I want to cancel it or reschedule in outlook it it flows out all cakandars and visa versa if client calls and reschedules meeting I can route him to a voice or open a calendly link Can thus happen. Why do I feel it’s already in place. But I want it on n8n since I may want to hook up to other calandar types like dentrix and other closed systems

Ever noticed how much time businesses lose just tracking what already happened? Sales come in, someone exports data, another person updates a sheet, someone else prepares a report, and by the time the numbers are ready they are already outdated. I was looking at this workflow earlier and it’s a good example of how a few connected automations can remove most of that manual work. The flow captures events like new sales, processes the information, stores it in a sheet, and then automatically generates summaries and notifications. Instead of someone manually checking dashboards or compiling daily reports, the system simply pushes the information where it needs to go. What I find interesting is how this kind of setup isn’t limited to one type of company. Ecommerce stores could use something similar to track daily revenue. Agencies could automate client performance updates. Consultants or SaaS teams could automatically summarize activity and send internal reports without touching spreadsheets. The biggest lesson I keep seeing with automation is that the real value often comes from small things. Automating a simple reporting process or notification can easily save hours every week and also remove the risk of human error. Curious to hear from others here. Most of you have probably heard of ClawdBot/OpenClaw by now. I've been playing with it and it's definitely worth the hype, especially for something that's still in Beta. Just be careful what you have it do since it's still early days with known security holes. For beginners that don't know Terminal, ChatGPT is really good at walking you through the set up process. Just share screen shots of your terminal screen with ChatGPT and it'll walk you through the set up process, including connecting to your preferred messaging app like Telegram. The whole set up process will take about 45 minutes. I'll share use cases as I work through them myself.
