👥 How can you show your team the right way to do something instead of just telling them?
Leila Hormozi's insights on scaling businesses highlight the power of leadership through demonstration rather than mere instruction. By prioritizing team development and embodying the behaviors you want to instill, such as providing constructive feedback and setting rigorous standards, you can effectively guide your team. This approach fosters a growth-oriented culture, where individuals understand expectations and feel supported in their development. Hormozi's perspective underscores the importance of leading by example, ensuring that lessons are learned through observation and practice, ultimately driving both individual and organizational success. Now, I invite you to share your thoughts on how you can guide your team effectively in the comments, aiming for a concise reflection of 25 to 100 words. Don’t forget to engage with your peers by responding to two comments and liking three others that contribute meaningfully to our discussion! @Leah Lia Hi Leah! That's so sweet. Here are some of my favorite business books: 1. Traction - Gino Wickman 2. Who moved by cheese? 3. The Big Leap - Gay Hendricks

Cooking 🍲 My Next Meeting for My First Free Client 😬
Alex Hormozi was completely right about starting with friends 💯 I used to purchase courses about the area I like the most but without getting clients (because you know, no one wants an expert without experience). But once I started talking about it with my friends and selling my ideas, they asked me for help. And that's it. I got hired by my first free client. It was the first time I get my ideas to see the light and being (completely opposite to what I thought) highly appreciated one after the other until I was frequently asked "what is next?" This is when I told myself "here is where my real business plan starts, and exactly the way I like it to be." I've been doing it in a unorganized fashion till I got in contact with @Alexi Drouin and thanks to him, I knew it is called Growth Operating. After that call I started to put my ideas together and create the roadmap for my client with the action steps of the first stage.

"Don't listen to the people that are closest to you. Listen to the people that are closest to your goals." Wow.
