GrowthWorks Dashboard not loading
Fellow GrowthWorks Users, Facing a strange issue right now. After login, my GW dashboard is not loading. So effectively, I can't work!!! Anyone facing this problem currently? @Tiffany DeRossett This stops everything & needs quick attention. Sure you can appretiate. Could you help to fix this? Thank you.

Two Nerdy Questions
I've been using GW for quite a long time, but it has been a minute since I last created a Product Roadmap in the Design Studio. It seems like the ability to upload our logo has disappeared, only to be replaced by text. Is this accurate? If not, how do you upload it now? Also, how do you replace the gradient line at the top of the first page so that it reflects your actual brand colors? Thank you in advance!

I believe you can upload a logo in your profile that many templates will automatically use. I think there’s a template or two that doesn’t use the logos, I’ve come across something similar recently. Also, sometimes features will break occasionally with updates, and I’ve had very fast response from the team to fix things. Can you give us an idea of what you’ve tried to get your logo on your roadmap?

@Sylvia LeRahl Were you able to figure out how to add your logo? To change the background on the roadmap, you have to click the gear at the top right as you hover over the document element. Then select "upload image" and either upload your own branding elements, or search Unsplash for elements that match your brand.
