Man Alive is for ME
Hey guys, can you hear me? Okay. Yeah. So anyway, I'm going to do man alive hard because I don't want to be a mediocre man. I have no intention of being average and that's not a flex. God didn't call us to simply fit into a culture that is dying a spiritual death, a physical death and a mental death. God wants to raise up men in this hour and we must war against the enemies of our soul. So God helped me to steward my body as a physical weapon in a spiritual battle against all odds, but for the glory of God. Aaron Trimble
The Man Alive Movement
A man cannot carry a mantle he refuses to prepare for. That is why we are building Man Alive. We are not gathering on Mondays simply to hear another message. We are preparing to live the message. Sunday we worship. Monday we are trained. Tuesday we pray. Wednesday we study the Word. Throughout the week we discipline ourselves, love our families, strengthen our brothers, and put our faith into action. And when we gather on the last Friday of the month, we celebrate what God is doing, sharpen one another, and stir up the fire again. We're building more than men who attend meetings. WE'RE BUILDING MEN WHO CARRY THE MANTLE. Men who understand the times, know the Word, walk in the Spirit, and refuse to compromise. Men who will make a difference in their homes, their churches, their communities, and their generation. This is the Man Alive movement. COME ALIVE. CARRY THE MANTLE. MAKE DISCIPLES. — Pastor Aaron Trimble

From Information to Transformation
Men, information is not transformation until it produces obedience. You do not have the mind of Christ simply because you can quote the words of Christ. The mind of Christ begins to be demonstrated in your life when you actually obey what Christ has said. Jesus declared, “Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God” (Matthew 4:4). Bread feeds your body, but the Word feeds your spirit. Yet bread cannot strengthen you simply because you look at it, admire it, talk about it, or carry it around. At some point, it has to be received. In the same way, the Word of God does not transform a man merely because he owns a Bible, attends church, listens to podcasts, or takes great notes. The Word transforms us when it is received, believed, and practiced. Jesus made this incredibly clear in Matthew 7:24 when He said, “Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock.” Never miss this: both builders heard. The wise man heard, and the foolish man heard. Both men received information, and both eventually experienced a storm. The difference was not what they heard; the difference was what they did with what they heard. One obeyed, while the other ignored. One built on rock, while the other built on sand. When the storm arrived, obedience became the dividing line between stability and collapse. Men, this matters in every area of your life. You are not building your life merely by what you hear on Sunday; you are building your life by what you obey on Monday. You are not building your marriage by how loudly you worship in church; you are building your marriage by how you speak to your wife when you are angry, frustrated, tired, or disappointed. You are not building your children simply by how many Scriptures you can quote; you are building them by whether they see those Scriptures lived out in their home. You are not building your ministry, leadership, or legacy merely through your public gifts; you are building them through your private obedience.

JOY UNSPEAKABLE!!!
Joy Dealer ACTION STEPS: Main Theme: Being enjoyable to be around is a sign of strength, spiritual health, and leadership. It builds trust, lightens hard conversations, strengthens intimacy, and attracts your wife, your kids, and the right people into your life. Key Principles: • 1. Maturity Isn’t Misery: You don’t have to trade your joy for maturity. Jesus was strong and enjoyable. You can be both serious and full of laughter. • 2. Joy Is Strength (Nehemiah 8:10): True joy doesn’t come from circumstances—it comes from alignment with God. And joy is what fuels a strong, magnetic presence. • 3. Rigid Men Repel: If your wife or kids aren’t drawn to you, check your energy. You can’t attract joy or connection if you’re always intense, reactive, or boring. • 4. You Can Train for Joy: Joy is not a personality type—it’s a discipline. Just like muscles grow through training, joy grows through intentional practice. • 5. Substances Aren’t the Source: If you need alcohol, weed, TV, or external entertainment to “have fun”—you’re giving those things power that should belong to the Spirit in you. • 6. Your Wife Wants the Man She Dated: The man who joked. Who laughed. Who made her feel seen, lighthearted, and alive. Bring him back—but better, more grounded, and Spirit-led. Action Steps: 1. Audit Yourself: Ask yourself daily: “Was I enjoyable to be around today?” Be honest. Was I rigid? Heavy? Dull? Start catching your patterns. 2. Cut the Joy Killers: Eliminate • Substances (alcohol, weed, excessive caffeine, etc.) • News, politics, toxic media • Friends who always complain or drain you • Entertainment that doesn’t make you feel better afterward • Any habit that doesn’t make you think, feel, or be better 3. Embrace Playfulness: • Be goofy with your kids • Joke with your wife • Talk in silly voices, laugh at yourself, lighten the moment • Be willing to look “dumb” to unlock deeper connection 4. Keep God’s Order to Reduce Stress: Stick to the order 1. God 2. Self (your mental, physical, spiritual health)
