Hello all!
Hey everyone, glad to be in this group. I am an investor and developer currently based in Massachusetts, but I am game planning to build throughout the East. I am a licensed GC in Massachusetts and Louisiana, which gives me the ability to work in many different states. Looking forward to connecting with folks who are looking to grow wealth, make an impact, and build a legacy!

I have been a GC for 5 years, in the remodel space and an investor since 2018. I am transitioning into building with my goal to "turn some dirt" on my first build by mid January. I met @Chris Oyenuga at a home builders seminar this past march and it changed my business focus from remodel to building.

@Sheraton Jones for me its been land acquisition. Up north its tough to come by, which is why having my Louisiana license is going to be a big help in opening my opportunities where land is a bit more easy to come by!

Hello Im Phil Ive been working for the Transit department in Boston Massachusetts since 2010. Bought my first duplex investment property in 2021 using 203k loan. Currently looking to sell and put my funds into a better asset. Im in the processs of underwriting a new developement land deal in New Bedford MA. Im here to take massive action, learn, and grow.
