We have tried using Claude.ai / MCP integration for a few weeks. Our findings are (1) like most AI , a ton of work has to go into the prompts in order to have any hope of seeing the desired and/or consistent results (for example, if you want to ask information about "sales" for a period, be prepared to specify if you want the data based on Sales Orders or Invoices, which in our case can be months apart, and (2) prompting Claude to pull data from renamed fields is tricky (remember, you may have only renamed a given field on certain forms and not others). We have not been able to get accurate, consistent results yet, but are still learning. From my initial exploration and conversations with a business partner who is using them, Emerix is very good, much more reliable, and intuitive with a primary focus on supply-chain at the moment. We have also looked at Cauzzy.ia. While I have been impressed with them, we have not done any testing ourselves. If anyone is interested in chatting 1-1 just let me know... or see you on Thursday.
