Hey anyone else played around in their workouts using more of like a coherent breathing pattern? I was playing around while lifting haha as much as I could with keeping my breath around 5 or 6 in 5 or 6 out. It was interesting, it dropped me into a deeper focus, got a way better contraction and went even further with movement and lifts even when initially it felt like I could not go further! Also, interesting noticing feelings and emotions coming up
I have been living in the Great Lakes region for the last year and today I went for a plunge. It was a little warmer than what I normally do (it was 50 degrees Faraheit today) but it was still really nice. I imagine I'll move to cold creeks as the temp rises. Next Saturday morning, I'm guiding a meditation, and a cold plunge. They are all first timers, so I'm stoked.
Hey, what has been your favorite breath, experience or session, or lesson? One of mine is not some dramatic purge or situation, it happened well just, driving, simply doing some coherent breathing looking around and this over whelm sense of gratitude came over me, I was driving across the USA, and it was just so cool and simple and affirming how incredible life actually is no matter what is happening, the fact we are alive and get to do it!!
