Arthritis
Good morning Beautiful Fam. Question... any recommendations for arthritis? Thanks.

Any of the anti-inflammatory peps would likely be best. BPC, TB, KPV, ARA. You could likely save a few bucks and buy some KLOW, which contains 3 of the 4 I listed.
Input and guidance welcome
What are your thoughts on KLOW and GLOW.... on Tirz 5mg once a week.... concerned with muscle loss and such. Open to suggestions. Feeling as though I've hit a plateau. Also have utilized cagri but not certain it's been beneficial.

I love KLOW/GLOW. Its great for inflammation, joints, muscle repair and overall skin health. However, it wont do anything for weight loss or retaining muscle. For retaining muscle, I would look into either cjc/ipamorelin, sermorelin or tesamorelin. You'll want to make sure you're doing some weight training in order to fully benefit from these though. Alternatively, you could always drop the tirz and transition to reta, since it has less muscle loss overall. If you're still waiting to lose more weight, you may also want to increase your tirz dose. 5mg is fairly low and a lot of people don't hit the "sweet spot" until they get to 7.5mg. Combining with cagri can help break a stall, but most people stack with cagri just to decrease the food noise further. Hope this helps!

Does glow or metformin make RS feel drained?

@Nicole Beisel You'd need to find an India Pharm supplier in order to find metformin..

RS feel soreness/burning for a day or so after administering? Normal?

Yep. The ghk-cu can cause some burning, soreness or even welts. You can use cortisone cream or a spray of flonase on the injection site. I personally transfer mine to a 10ml sterile vial and add extra bac water. This cuts down on the side effects for me, but it does require a little extra work.
