Any Tips on Spotify Marquee
Hey guys, I was on my Spotify for artists a few days ago and noticed a Campaigns tab. That allows you to run ads to your music all in Spotify. I really want to try it, I just want to know if anybody has tips or has used it before.

I haven’t tried Spotify ads yet but people I learn from say money is better spent on ads outside Spotify like Insta and tiktok that send people into Spotify. Results end up better and algorithm treats you better because literally every person has come through a process that means they already really want to hear the song

Yo everyone I'm an independent Afrobeats Artist from London 🇬🇧& Accra🇬🇭. I've got 1.4 million streams in less than 2 years on Spotify. I produce & promote my own music with mostly Ads. Been watching Brandman Sean & kohrey for a long time on youtube. @Jesus Garcia Through a tiktok for business account I access the pro features then I set up pixel tracking then I run conversion campaigns My targeting is my top 10 listening countries on Spotify. General interest: Afrobeats & Spotify. And content type: is a vertical mini street music video, I’ve got a pretty good camera + gymbal & I edit my own stuff on final cut. So it’s all DIY zero expense stuff… I’ll just ask a friend to hold the camera and move around and it comes out looking alright😅... I perform the songs anywhere I can find a good backdrop do a basic edit. And then take 15-30 seconds of the most eye and ear catching parts. I’ll attach my best performing ad so far… 1 other thing: instagram ads (run through metaforbusiness) still works alot better for me than tiktok so thats where most of the budget still goes but tiktok ads is getting better fast!
