Super excited to plant them, but is there anything specific I should do with them, or do I just spread them in an empty flowerbed?

Seed update
2 of the 4 seeds have sprouded! I've starded planting them around 2 weeks ago. Does anyone know if I can do something for the ather seeds te grow?

My seeds never grew
I planted my seeds like 3 weeks ago and all 4 of them didn’t grow they all still look like a bean
