Hey all Is there an average rent rise increase percentage or amount that as landlords we should expect to increase by on commercial premises? 3%? 5%? Etc Are these usually annually? Or can it be standard practice to agree a rate now and no increases until the break clause at the end of say 3-5 years?

Apologies all - there’s a discrepancy in the Skool calender vs the actual time for the coaching session today. It’s 14:00 on the calender but the actual session and link is setup for 15:00. This is my bad I’m afraid… 🙈 The session is at 15:00!
Hey all so after yesterdays training with Rob got my creative juices flowing and I saw this article in the paper about a pub that has reduced in price and been on the market for a long time. Anyone got any idea of what possible opportunities they would consider doing here if any and how they would go about it? Keen to learn more on what could be possible and different perspectives… https://www.expressandstar.com/news/local-hubs/wolverhampton/2024/02/04/popular-former-pub-back-up-on-the-market/ https://www.zoopla.co.uk/for-sale/commercial/details/60413314/
