Hey Everyone, I wanted to share with you the latest performance report of my recent video, and the results are really exciting: Views: 5.2K+ (much higher than usual) Subscribers Gained: +106 from this video alone Watch Time: 343.6 hours (audience is watching for longer) CTR (Click-Through Rate): 7.4% a very strong result, showing the title and thumbnail are working great Traffic Sources: 80.7% from Browse Features and 15.8% from Suggested Videos, which means YouTube is actively promoting your video Audience Insights: 86.4% male viewers, with the majority aged 45+ Top countries: USA (22.7%), Jamaica (6.9%), UK (6.3%), Canada (5%), and Bahamas (0.2%) These insights show that YouTube’s algorithm has really picked up the video, which explains why it’s performing so well and driving more subscribers. Despite this success, I’m scared to publish the next video for fear that it flops and things go back to how they were only a short week ago. Yippee, I just reached 8,000 subscribers on my EV channel 🥳 It feels like it took an age to get here from 7000, but I finally hit the mark this morning. Ordinarily, I don't celebrate that many milestones, but this one feels quite special based on the crappy year I've had with bereavements in the family and taking a break from YouTube for a while. Thanks to everyone's support and honest feedback you've provided along the way, and also thanks to Alexa's motivation that us oldies can achieve something on YouTube too 😉
