Week Zero ( every week is a new beginning) / Day 3 August 14th - 3:30 personal best today ( 2.15, 2.30, 3,30, 3,00 ) I recommitted to daily breath hold training. After the first seven days, I surprised myself with a 3.15 breath hold at the end of June beginning of July. Curiously, my max time seemed to drop down to 2 minutes, sometimes even feeling like 1.30 was difficult. Well, I set a goal to reach consecutive 4 minute plus holds by Sept 9th. I look forward to that!
