We Built a Product That Doesn’t Exist (Yet)
One of the coolest projects I’ve worked on recently - building AI content for a startup that doesn’t even fully exist yet. The product is called Neopin. It’s a wearable device that listens to your work conversations during the day and, using AI, analyzes how effectively you’re working. The challenge was obvious: there was no real product to shoot, no real footage, no real “scenes” to show. But they needed to visualize everything: how it works, how it looks, how it fits into real life. Because they were raising investment and needed strong visuals + ads. So we built the entire visual world from scratch using AI. - Product visuals - usage scenarios - work environments - real-life situations where the device is used Everything you’d normally shoot - we generated. And the key here wasn’t just “make something cool”. It had to feel believable like something that already exists. The final content was used in ads and campaigns and performed really well - helping them push forward with investor conversations and pre-orders This is exactly why I’m so deep into AI production right now. You’re not limited by reality anymore. You can build the product, the story, and the visuals before the product even exists! Curious what you think about projects like this would you want to work on something similar?

Hey Stelian! Welcome 🔥
Introducing myself
Hey guys! Im new to the community and hope to connect with you introducing myself. My name is Carlos I am from Panama but living in the Philippines I create YT flight videos for YT using DaVinci Resolve, but wanting to learn about content creation using AI for a personal brand Im creating. In 3 months I see myself with a good ROI IG account for my personal brand and having a decent understanding of the tools Higgsfield offer and how to use them. You may see some videos at https://www.youtube.com/@TALEWINGPRODUCTIONS

Hey Carlos! Welcome 👋 Great to have you here 😊
Most AI videos don’t fail because of visuals. They fail because there’s no system behind them.
Random ideas. Weak hooks. No structure. And as a result - no performance. After our live session, we promised to break down the full workflow. Here it is. This guide shows how a fintech startup approaches video creation: -from audience analysis -to idea and strategy -to script and scenes -to visuals, voice, and final edit No chaos. No guesswork. Just a clear step-by-step system. If you want your videos to feel structured, clear, and real - this is where to start. 👉 Watch here: https://amelnikcom.notion.site/How-a-Fintech-Startup-creates-content-343ed3414a18801cbf07c32c16ed64db

🤖 Automated Photos and/or Video Campaigns?
I’ve seen several videos about a Claude + Higgsfield integration that can be used to generate automated photos and videos. I’m curious if anyone has done this yet. Also, are there any other tools and workflows that you use to batch content that provide high quality + realistic output? …It would be great if it allows you to edit it if the generation has errors or isn’t what you want. Thanks in advance!

I want to give you a straightforward answer - not based on "viral" videos from AI influencers, but based on actual business experience. First, let's separate two things that people keep conflating: quality production and factory automation. They're different jobs and they need different tools. Higgsfield is your quality/control layer - not your factory engine. The reason we use Higgsfield is the web interface: Cinema Studio camera control, Relight, Inpaint, Soul ID for character consistency. That's where you get output that actually looks directed - not randomly generated. That level of control doesn't exist in any API right now. You use it for the work that has to be right. The hero clip. The brand-locked scene. The deliverable that goes to a client. But here's something worth knowing before you try to run automation through Higgsfield's API specifically: the API has high failure rates and does not refund credits on failed generations. That means every failed call is a paid call. At any real volume, that cost adds up fast and makes it more expensive than any other solution on the market - not because the per-credit price is high, but because you're paying for failures you can't recover. For factory use it's a not the best solution For the actual factory layer - you need a separate API stack. Here's what's worth knowing right now: fal.ai - strongest option for video generation at volume. Supports Kling, Minimax and others under one API. This is the one built for production throughput. Runway ML API - solid for specific motion tasks, more predictable output on certain styles, but more limited model selection. Kling API (direct) - high quality, good for realistic motion, but can be slow at scale. claude API - this is your creative/text layer. Use it to generate prompt batches, hook variants, scene briefs, storyboard structures. Feed those outputs into your video API. That's the right job for it. So the actual content factory stack looks like this:
