Day 2 - How does your body feel when you skip meals?
Day 2: How does your body feel when you skip meals? My body will adapt when I skip a meal. It's usually in the evening when I have meetings or I go to the fitness center. I get home late, and it's just too late to eat. It's the next day I feel famished and then I tend to over eat. busyness of life causes havoc on my body that eventually I feel run down.

Definite no for me. This body responds well to smaller meals. Skipping means I have problems.

It’s a challenge. Having the right food in the house and snacks on the go prepped helps. Otherwise it is easy to eat too much of a low nutrition food or go without and pay the consequences.
Day 2
My workout today was cleaning the rails and banisters in our farmer’s porch. Found this great product that takes the mold and moss right off. Spray and wipe it with a wet sponge. It’s called Armor Mold took me 1 hour and 10 minutes. Still have to do the deck by our pool

I wonder if the product would work for outdoor rocks in the shade in south Texas. Sounds good.
