Does anyone know where to find virtual assistants? I need some help with finding properties, deals and cold calls while I’m at work. My new schedule doesn’t allow me to do what I need to do to find deals so now I need extra hands.

Short sale

The own of this property I’m trying to wholesale has a realtor. I spoke with the realtor and they said they have to short sell the property but the owners have a balance due also the property has solar panels so the bank needs a close estimate in order to accept the offer that that realtor listed the property for. Is it possible to still wholesale it with a short sale?

70/80% investment comps

Hey guys, Does anyone know if we use 80% investment for all of CA when comping or is it just in major Cities like OC LA San Francisco and surrounding areas? I have a property I’m try to comp but it’s in Lancaster CA still LA County but the area is like the desert. Please help if you know the Lancaster area… Thanks🙂

@Catherine Henley I think so too but I want to be sure because in some of these Facebook wholesalers groups they’re posting properties with 70% investment
