I feel most like myself when I’m helping other people.
Your nervous system has been trying to tell you something
We talk a lot about mindset and emotions in here — but before any of that, there's your nervous system quietly running the show behind the scenes. Here are some signs it might be dysregulated right now: — You feel tired but can't switch off — Small things are irritating you more than usual — You're procrastinating on things you actually want to do — You feel disconnected from yourself or like you're just going through the motions — You're craving sugar, scrolling, or anything that gives you a quick hit — You feel anxious but can't pinpoint why None of this means something is wrong with you. It means your system is working hard and asking for support. The good news? You don't need hours. Even five minutes of intentional regulation — breathing, tapping, movement, stillness — starts to shift things. Which of these resonates with you right now? Drop it in the comments — I read every single one 👇

I’m very new to all of this but I’ve been interested in learning/starting these different techniques for a very long time. So to begin starting small sounds better, so I’d definitely say breathing resonates more.

Helloooo I’m so excited to be apart of a community like this. I’m working on releasing self doubt, I’m working on shifting into my highest self and discover who that is exactly and embrace her 100%. I’m slowly starting my business I run a digital wellness business creating healing resources for trauma and domestic abuse survivors. It’s in the beginning stages still but I’m excited to be able to tell my story and help other women who have been or are in a similar situation. Battling lots of self doubt and some discipline has been my biggest challenge right now. Im focusing on continuing my own healing journey, and becoming the best version of myself so I can fully show up for those women and myself. I’m thankful to be apart of this lovely community.
