@Michelle Page Thank you. It will be a new adventure.
Who would be interested in a virtual community Office Hours meet up?
I've been part of numerous awesome communities and accountability groups with occasional or regularly scheduled Zoom meeting Office Hours. I'd love to try it out with the Go Go GROW Business HUB as a one-time or regular event. No set agenda to start off. If we like the concept and later want to add a bit of structure or focused topics, we can decide that together. What do you think? Even a group of 2-3 would be positive and productive, attend when you can, participate as much or little as you like. Share your thoughts and what days/ times might work for you. Keep in mind we have community members in the UK, Denmark and Israel, as well as time zones across the US, so time of day is a consideration.

Happy Friday! Tell us about your week!
What were your highs and lows? I'll start... I actually had several! I finally tracked down my Dad and we enjoyed a LONG conversation! He is so unbelievably active, I have a hard time getting him on the phone. Even though he's retired, he still works part-time and is an avid cyclist, 20 mile rides several times per week and 50-60 mile rides several times per year. I hope I have his health and vitality at his age, or actually, even now! I always love talking to my Dad. I had a great accountability call with a colleague to start my week. We implemented weekly calls a while back as we have ancillary businesses. So blessed to have her insight, support and friendship. It's taken all week but I'm wrapping up a critical document this week and it's been a bit overwhelming. I hope to put it to bed in the next couple hours. My Mother-in-Law and a close friend both had birthdays this week and it was great to chat with both of them. My lows: one stands out. My best friend Barb got the results of her biopsy and what they thought might be precancerous cells in her esophagus is a 5cm malignant tumor. She hopes for more detailed protocol plans this afternoon and has a second opinion appointment at The Moffit Center in Tampa next week. Her brother's colon cancer surgery is next Thursday. Both WILL be blessed with successful outcomes and renewed health. Continued prayers and good vibes are appreciated! Now you - what were your highs and lows??

High and low connected - am dropping a client that has been a pain to work with. Sorry to see the pay going, but feel free to work on what is really important to me. And.... the best.... the fall cooler weather is finally here in central Texas. Have been at our lake house for over 3 weeks now and am enjoying the quiet and peacefulness, even though we live in the country at the ranch. Happy weekend to all. Peace and blessings

We will part on good terms, no need to burn bridges
Back up for air!
Hello everyone - I have been off the radar for the past week so I hope you had a chance to chat amongst yourselves. My husband and I took a few days off to spend with his family on Hilton Head Island and I came home to an overwhelmed issue which needed to be handled immediately on Thursday, and found out my very best friend in the whole world, 35+ years of her being my rock, has been diagnosed with cancer. I don't know what you do when you need help or intervention for you or loved ones, whether you pray, meditation, send our positive vibes or healing energy, but please keep my best friend Barb in your heart and mind. To add additional complexity, her only brother was diagnosed with colon cancer in the last two weeks and her Mother, who has been a second Mother to me for 30+ years, now has her two children in two different states dealing with life-altering challenges. Please also keep Jim (Barb's brother) and Bobbi (Barb's Mother) in your thoughts as well as the rest of their families. I hope your October has been more positive, at least there is more peace in the world. We are incredibly thankful for that. What shall we talk about? I will reply to posts and comments I've missed and let's get more discussions rockin'!

@Michelle Page Haha, you've been watching too many Sharknado and Jaws movies. No my comment is based on 2 shark facts. Some sharks like the great white or mako rely on obligate ram ventilation, which requires them to keep swimming so that water continuously flows over their gills and delivers oxygen to breathe (they’ll drown if they stop) and... All sharks will sink when not swimming, since sharks lack a swim bladder due to negative buoyancy. Thus my comment about constantly moving forward is out of survival necessity!
