๐Ÿ“ง Is Two Emails Per Week Enough?
Yesterday, over in the Skoolers community, I shared the email schedule I'm testing. Since Skool allows community emails every 72 hours and I don't send emails on Sundays, I can realistically reach my members about twice a week. That got me thinking... Is two emails per week enough? Or should community owners also build an email list outside of Skool? Skool does something really well. When you publish a post, you can email your members and bring them right back into the community. It's one of my favorite features because it keeps the conversation going. But an external email platform offers things Skool wasn't designed to do, like: โœ… Welcome sequences for new subscribers โœ… Automated follow-ups โœ… Audience segmentation โœ… Product launches and promotions โœ… Staying connected with people before they joinโ€”or after they leave Personally, I don't see this as an either/or decision. I think they serve different purposes. Skool builds community. An email list helps you build long-term relationships with your audience. So now I'm curious... ๐Ÿ‘‡ If Skool removed the 72-hour limit tomorrow, would you use Skool as your primary email platform, or would you still maintain a separate email list? Why?

@Manda Jackson I don't recommend it for welcome posts, but value posts work great!

How I Used GPT to Create a Pinterest Pin with a Working QR Code for My SKOOL Bio Bio
I wanted to share this idea because itโ€™s a simple way for anyone in the community to promote their Skool bio page more professionally. Using GPT, you can create a Pinterest-style pin that highlights who you are, what you offer, and where people can find you โ€” then add a working QR code that links directly to your bio page. Itโ€™s an easy, low-cost way to look more polished, share your profile, and help more people discover your work.

๐Ÿ“ง Is Your Email Signature Trying to Do Too Much?
One of the biggest mistakes I see is email signatures with too many links. ๐ŸŒ Website ๐Ÿ“˜ Facebook ๐Ÿ’ผ LinkedIn ๐Ÿ“ท Instagram โ–ถ๏ธ YouTube ๐Ÿ“… Calendar ๐Ÿ“ Blog When you give people seven options, you're often giving them no clear next step. Instead, ask yourself: What's the ONE thing you want this person to do after reading your email? The answer may be different depending on who you're emailing. For example... ๐Ÿค Agency Clients My email signature includes a Book an Appointment button so clients can quickly schedule time with me. ๐Ÿ”— Warm Leads These are people who are already interested in what I do, so I send them to my affiliate Link in Bio. From there, they can discover the tools I recommend, join communities, and explore my affiliate offersโ€”all from one place. ๐Ÿ‘ฅ Prospects & Networking Contacts I send them to my Bio Builders About Page, where they can learn more about me, discover the community, and decide if they'd like to join. Different audience. Different goal. Different call to action. The key is that each email signature has one clear destination. โ˜• Monday Challenge Take a look at your email signature today. Does it match the audience you're emailing? Or are you trying to send everyone everywhere? ๐Ÿ‘‡ If you could get every person who reads your emails to do just one thing, what would it be?

@Hamse Omer The famous saying is "The Money is in the List". When you have an email list, you own it. Most everything else is rented.

๐Ÿ“ฑ The Most Valuable Notification You'll Ever Send
Every day we're chasing more followers. More website visitors. More email subscribers. But what if the most valuable piece of digital real estate isn't on the internet at all? It's being saved in someone else's contacts. Think about what happens after someone saves your vCard. ๐Ÿ“ž When you call, your name appears. ๐Ÿ’ฌ When you text, they know exactly who it's from. ๐Ÿ“ง When you email, you're no longer just another sender in their inbox. Instead of wondering, "Who is this?" They instantly recognize you. That's powerful. Social media platforms can change. Algorithms can change. Even websites come and go. But a saved contact stays on someone's phone until they choose to remove it. That's why I don't think the goal is getting someone to scan a QR code. The goal isn't even getting them to visit your Link-in-Bio. The real goal is earning a permanent place in their contacts. Because every future call, text, email, appointment reminder, follow-up, or CRM message starts with something that can't be bought... Recognition. And recognition builds trust. Do you have a proven way to get others to save your most important contact details saved to their device ? Let me know how you do it ๐Ÿ‘‡

@Theresa Elliott @Robin Meder NFC (tap) is cool technology, and I have several cards, but successful taps can be finicky. The location you want to tap on an iPhone is different from that of an Android, and cases can get in the way. Also, the card's material has an impact. Plastic and Wood cards work best. Metal cards are impressive, but less reliable. For me, the most reliable is my digital business card. 1. I bookmark it on my phone's home screen. 2. It has a QR code 3. It works in an email signature 4. I can add the URL in a text message 5. I can link it to a tap card And... we have a very awesome tool which can help you create your own in this community.
