Out of curiosity, what does a dispatcher do when they have a new carrier that signed on with them but the dispatcher can’t seem to get them any loads because their MC is less than 90 days or 6 months old? How does the carrier gain the experience if they’re constantly rejected?

Okay so My Cross-Country Hotshot had been sitting for a few days over the holiday weekend, got antsy and started exploring. They found a new load board call FreightLink Solutions, and he booked a couple of Good Loads to get himself moving, which to me spells the beginning of the end.
