🌿 Welcome to 30 Days of Wisdom Principles
I am absolutely thrilled to welcome you to our 30 Days of Wisdom Principles Classroom. I believe you’ll quickly discover that this classroom is guided by values that support a strong spiritual foundation and the pursuit of an extraordinary, vibrant life. Inside this classroom, I’ll be sharing 30 core principles of health, healing, and personal wisdom — principles that have transformed my own journey and continue to guide how I live today. Because getting healthy isn’t just about taking a product. It’s also about who the person is that’s taking it. And even more importantly… It’s about the why behind every choice you make. I am deeply passionate about the WHO and the WHY. So it is truly an honor to share with you: ✨ 30 Days of Wisdom Principles Here’s what you can expect: ✅ One short lesson each day (1–2 minute read) ✅ Simple, inspiring wisdom you can apply immediately ✅ Encouragement for your spiritual, emotional, and physical health ✅ Gentle guidance to help you grow stronger from the inside out 🏅 Milestone Badges Badge Titles: 🌱 Day 5 — Building Momentum. You’ve begun creating new habits. ⭐ Day 10 — Wisdom in Action. Consistency is taking root. 🔥 Day 15 — Transformation Point. Change is happening from the inside out. 💫 Day 20 — Inner Strength. You’re becoming stronger and more intentional. 🌸 Day 25 — Living the Principles. Wisdom is now part of your daily life. 👑 Day 30 — Ageless Wisdom Graduate. You completed the journey — and a new chapter begins. ✅ Completion Certificate (see photo below) Each lesson is intentionally brief, easy to understand, and designed to inspire reflection and action — without overwhelm. My hope is that each principle becomes something you can truly live, not just read. And of course… Grandma Grady always recommends sharing wisdom with the people you love. 💛 As we begin this journey together, please know that I welcome you with open arms and an open heart. I’m excited to connect, learn, and grow alongside you in our shared pursuit of wisdom and vibrant health.

WEDNESDAY ~ ENDURANCE, HOPE & GOD’S STRENGTH Sometimes the hardest part isn’t the storm…it’s how long it lasts. This morning more snow is falling — on top of the 30 inches we already received during the blizzard a couple of days ago. I think many of us are feeling it now. The excitement of a storm has long passed, and what remains is the inconvenience, the delays, the feeling of being stuck, and the longing for sunshine and spring. Every morning my daughter calls me and we plan our day together. Today I could hear the tiredness in her voice. She had to cancel two appointments again, and she has already postponed at least four important doctor visits that need to happen before she meets with her surgeon next week for her follow-up after surgery a week ago. When circumstances keep getting pushed back, it can wear on your spirit. I know many people are feeling the same way right now — cabin fever, discouragement, even Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) that comes from too much gray and not enough sunlight. Winter can feel heavy. But seasons do change. Even when we can’t see it yet… spring is still coming. God never forgets to bring new seasons. 🌿 REFLECTION Where might you need extra strength and patience right now? Endurance is not about pretending everything is fine. It's about trusting that what you’re experiencing is temporary — and that brighter days are ahead. Sometimes hope is simply choosing to believe that this season will pass. 🙏 PRAYER Father God, Today we come to You needing strength. For those feeling tired, discouraged, or overwhelmed by circumstances that seem to drag on longer than expected — please bring comfort and renewal. For those dealing with health concerns, delayed appointments, uncertainty, and waiting — please provide peace and reassurance. For those experiencing emotional heaviness, loneliness, or seasonal depression — please bring light into their hearts where darkness has settled. Lord, we ask for protection over our loved ones, healing over those recovering from surgery, and guidance for doctors and medical decisions ahead.

As For Me & My House. . .
Your house feels different because you pray in it. It’s not the paint color. It’s not the décor. It’s not the square footage. It’s His presence. There are words spoken in your home that heaven has recorded. There are tears that hit the floor and became intercession. There are whispered Scriptures in the kitchen, at the sink, in the hallway, that shifted the atmosphere long before anyone noticed. Peace doesn’t just “happen.” It’s cultivated. When you pray in your living room, walls absorb faith. When you worship while folding laundry, the air changes. When you plead the blood over bedrooms, you mark territory. Joshua 24:15 says, “As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” That’s not decoration for a wall. That’s a declaration in the spirit. Your home may not be perfect. It may be loud. It may be messy. It may be in process. But it is covered. Because prayer doesn’t just touch people, it saturates places. Your children feel it. Your guests sense it. Even the arguments don’t linger the same way. Why? Because someone in that house prays. Keep praying in the kitchen. Keep declaring in the hallway. Keep anointing doorframes. Keep worshipping in ordinary moments. You’re not just raising a family. You’re establishing an altar. And that’s why your house feels different. Natalie Breckenridge

ESCAPE MASTERY COURSE
I took this course on Escape Mastery under @Robert Hollis who also wrote the foreword for Laurie Monson's book; "Are You Stuck?" Laurie also co-authored Robert's book, "Shackled for Free". She came up with this fresh idea for a program to help people break down their self-limiting beliefs. I don't recall how many weeks it took to finish the course, but I will be setting the course up here in Ageless Wisdom. I will be setting up the course in the Classroom. I'll post when it is ready to view. First, you'll take this quiz to see where you are. In the following video is my testimony of how I learned what my true Core Values were. That course saved me a lot of frustration, confusion and gave me a fresh start and direction that changed the course of my life. I met one of my dearest online friends; @Lisa Marie Cook when we took this course together. Good times learning and growing together.. https://youtu.be/7nATE33godQ?si=cYlFurhgdp9_KPVd For the course, please send me a message in Chat. About the Book: Get UnStuck! This book shows you how to release your potential and live your life with excellence! Look for the section on "Control" - it's eye opening. Don't just read this book - study it! You're worth it! Are you feeling stuck in your life? Are you willing to do whatever it takes to embrace your true potential? Are You Stuck? Embracing Change by Releasing Your Potential will help you: Discover six steps necessary to reach the dreams and goals that await you. PEACE, PREPARATION & GOD’S PROTECTION The world may feel unsettled…but peace can still live inside your home. This morning has a quiet, almost sacred feeling. The weather reports are calling for a major blizzard starting in the next couple of hours. Churches and businesses are already closing, and everyone is preparing for what they say could be a real doozy of a storm. But right now… there is calm. I’m sitting peacefully, enjoying the quiet, watching Team USA win Olympic Gold in hockey this morning — such an exciting and joyful moment — while also feeling grateful that my loved ones are safe in their cozy homes, resting and preparing for the work ahead of shoveling and getting back to life once the storm passes. There is something grounding about these moments before a storm arrives. Preparation. Stillness. Awareness. It reminds me that while we cannot control circumstances, we can choose how we meet them. Storms come in many forms — weather, life challenges, uncertainty — but God’s presence remains steady through all of them. Our homes can become places of refuge. Our hearts can become places of peace. And sometimes the greatest gift is simply knowing the people we love are safe. 🌿 REFLECTION Where do you find your sense of safety when uncertainty is approaching? True peace is not the absence of storms — it is the presence of trust. Even when we prepare physically, we can also prepare spiritually by grounding ourselves in faith instead of fear. 🙏 PRAYER Father God, Thank You for being our refuge and shelter in every storm. Thank You for protecting our homes, our families, and the people we love. As this weather approaches, we ask for safety for all who will be affected — for those traveling, working, and serving others in difficult conditions. Help us remain calm, prepared, and trusting in Your care. Fill our homes with peace and warmth, even when the world outside feels uncertain. Remind us that You are our constant shelter, our strength, and our protector.
