We all need to meditate a little more. If you want to drop in to stillness and take a break from the noise of the world, this is an open meditation. Nothing elaborate, just meditation and stillness. Plug into the field, and lets practice together. Call 2) Full Moon Meditation: (Monthly) On the full moon there is a natural upsurge of energy.
