Day 5: Wrap-up
That’s the challenge. Looking back: • What worked? • What didn’t? • What would you actually keep doing? You don’t need to continue this exact habit — but if something stuck, that’s the win! Thanks for playing along (actively or quietly).

Nice to keep going with it ☺️
A reminder
You don’t have to do every practice to belong here. Sometimes observing is the practice. If you were to try a small reflection habit, what time of day feels most realistic right now?

I do my thinking in the shower…so much so I sometimes ‘forget’ I’m there. It’s a place where I can both physically and emotionally cleanse (although I set a timer for water saving!).
Hello new faces!
Welcome @Elizabeth Ingalsbe @Cathy Sue Carpenter @Raymond Wood @Oleksandra Kozinska @Kate Middleton @Bente Grytøyr @Riss Mullen @Glory Lopex You can read quietly, jump into a post, or drop a thought in Brain Dump whenever something’s on your mind. To break the ice (only if you want): What’s something you’ve been thinking about lately — or a habit you’re gently working on right now?

Welcome 🙏🏼
Want to try something simple together?
Based on this week’s responses, I’m going to open a 5-day gratitude practice next week. The only “rule”: Before bed, write down three things you’re grateful for. Private, imperfect, optional. I’ll post a daily check-in — you can participate as much or as little as you want. If you’d like to join, comment with a GIF! Details coming Monday morning 😉

Sweet idea. I’ll give it a whirl.
Less depth, more usefulness
Journaling doesn’t need to be deep to be effective. One honest sentence can do more than a full page written out of obligation. When you have journaled in the past, what actually helped?

I help people slow down, work with evidence, and develop clearer judgment so insight can emerge without forcing it.
