I just heard the 'kerching' noise and saw that I had my first sale on Etsy. Very excited but apprehensive too. Need to work out how to re-size the image (make sure there are enough pixels) and work out how to process it to PS without forgetting anything and not marking as complete before it is 🙄 I just need to get familiar with the process to feel confident with it all (then I'll make myself a checklist 😍). Anyway, I'm off the starting blocks at last! Woo Hoo...

So when I went into listings, editing options, edit price then edit prices for US buyers as well as everywhere else, I accidentally messed it up and it set the wrong prices for US as well as everywhere else, is there an easy way to revert it back to the way it originally was?

Is there integration with PrintShrimp and my Etsy store?

A customer ordered and I paid for a 12”x12” print on Sunday and it is still in production. Etsy has marked the order as late for dispatch. I’ve messaged the customer to apologise and emailed PrintShrimp to get an update. Is that the correct process? Thanks
