Here are 7 copy-and-paste prompts you can use today: 1. Find the biggest bottleneck Act as a business operations consultant. Review the workflow below and identify the step causing the most delay, repetition, or errors. Explain why it is the bottleneck and recommend one simple improvement we can test this week. Do not invent missing facts. Ask for anything required before answering. Workflow: [PASTE WORKFLOW] 2. Turn a repeated task into an SOP Turn the notes below into a clear SOP for a new employee. Include the purpose, trigger, required tools, numbered steps, decision points, common mistakes, approval requirements, and completion checklist. Flag missing information instead of guessing. Notes: [PASTE NOTES] 3. Prepare for a sales call Review this prospect’s message and prepare a sales-call brief. Identify their main problem, desired result, likely objections, five discovery questions, and the best next step. Separate facts from assumptions. Do not promise results or invent details. Prospect message: [PASTE MESSAGE] 4. Analyze customer feedback Organize this customer feedback into recurring problems, requested features, objections, positive comments, and urgent issues. Rank each theme by frequency and business impact. Quote the original feedback supporting each finding. Feedback: [PASTE FEEDBACK] 5. Create a weekly content plan Build a five-day content plan for my business. My audience is [AUDIENCE], my offer is [OFFER], and their main problem is [PROBLEM]. Include one educational, proof-based, objection-handling, behind-the-scenes, and engagement post. Give each post a hook, lesson, and one CTA. Do not invent testimonials or results. 6. Improve lead follow-up Review this lead conversation. Summarize what we know, what information is missing, the lead’s questions or objections, and the best next action. Then draft a short follow-up in my conversational voice. Do not make offers, promises, or assumptions. Wait for human approval before sending. Conversation: [PASTE CONVERSATION]

🚀 How I Turned My Webinar Into an Actual Sales Process Instead of Just “Sending a Recording”
One of the biggest things I’ve been working on is learning how to actually work the leads I already have instead of constantly feeling like I need more leads. I recently hosted a parenting webinar, and instead of just letting everyone disappear afterward, I built out a simple process for what happens next. Here’s what I did: 1️⃣ Separated my leads based on what they did Inside GoHighLevel, I started organizing people into groups like: ✅ Attended the webinar ✅ Registered but didn’t attend ✅ Asked for the recording ✅ Engaged/replied ✅ Ready for the next step This immediately made follow-up much easier because everyone doesn’t need the same message. 2️⃣ Sent the recording to the people who asked for it Instead of immediately trying to sell them something, I sent them the recording and gave them time to actually watch it. These are busy parents, so I’m giving them several days instead of bombarding them with messages. 3️⃣ The next follow-up is a CONVERSATION STARTER Instead of: “Do you want to buy my program?” I’m asking: “What stood out to you most from the webinar, or what felt most relevant to what your family is going through right now?” Now I’m learning what they actually need. That reply becomes the beginning of the sales conversation. 4️⃣ If they have a problem I can actually help with, I invite them to an Assessment I created a new offer called: Resilient Family OS™ The idea is helping parents who may already have therapists, school services, IEPs, ABA, speech, OT, etc. take all those different recommendations and turn them into one practical family system they can consistently implement at home. So the process becomes: Lead → Webinar → Follow-Up → Conversation → Resilient Family OS Assessment → Offer → Client Hot leads don’t even need to wait for another webinar. If they’re ready to talk, I can move them directly into an Assessment. 5️⃣ I built a sales script instead of winging every call The Assessment now has a real structure: ➡️ Understand what motivated them to talk
