I have a well established podcast that I now want to repurpose as a video podcast on YouTube. I have very limited time and even more limited experience with YouTube. I do have a nice email list so my latest episode got more than 100 views. Anyone done this before or have tips for me moving forward? I have an e-commerce business (crystals) that leads into a service business (membership for crystal meditations). I also have a separate service business (1:1 hypnotherapy, reiki and coaching for creative and business leaders) that has been primarily in-person that I'm ready to scale online. I currently have a youtube channel for the crystals because we need to video the products and it makes sense but I don't have a personal one. Would you recommend building out the crystal one (it's called The Conscious Crystal Collective) with more personal content or creating a new one from scratch which focuses on me as a personal brand? My gut is to start a new one with my own name rather than hiding behind the business name.

At least that's my favorite way of going about it.
