Podcast on YouTube?
I have a well established podcast that I now want to repurpose as a video podcast on YouTube. I have very limited time and even more limited experience with YouTube. I do have a nice email list so my latest episode got more than 100 views. Anyone done this before or have tips for me moving forward? (I’m not worrying about past episodes at this point 😊) Here’s my latest episode. They are biweekly. https://youtu.be/kqDsVo1xZy4?si=32yFEeZNXTLY2LVH

I really like the suggestions that Benjamin gave you. I know have many friends that prefer video podcasts over listening. I think you'll find that true for your audience/new potential audiences.
Product AND service based channels?!
I have an e-commerce business (crystals) that leads into a service business (membership for crystal meditations). I also have a separate service business (1:1 hypnotherapy, reiki and coaching for creative and business leaders) that has been primarily in-person that I'm ready to scale online. I currently have a youtube channel for the crystals because we need to video the products and it makes sense but I don't have a personal one. Would you recommend building out the crystal one (it's called The Conscious Crystal Collective) with more personal content or creating a new one from scratch which focuses on me as a personal brand? My gut is to start a new one with my own name rather than hiding behind the business name.

I can't speak from personal experience since I don't have my channel set up, but I've definitely followed two or more channels by the same person/company. I think it works well since you can build your audience with the personal one and you already have your business one set up to link to or mention. It feels less salesy that way.
The Guide to Going Viral (Book)
Brendan Kane and his team have generated 60 billion views and 100+ million followers for the content they have worked on... and he wrote a book called "The Guide to Going Viral". It's about going broad instead of targeted and following formats instead of trends I read it, and it was great! Want all my key takeaways? Comment "VIRAL" and I'll send my notes to you!

Hi I'm __ from __ My content is about ___ (or will be about) The goal of my content is to ___ - (links) 𝐓𝐇𝐄 π†πŽπ€π‹ The goal of everyone here is to create great YouTube content. 50% of you create content to grow an audience, 50% of you create content to nurture & convert their existing audience (there was a poll on this) With my channel I also want to grow an audience, and with the content I help my clients create it's mostly to nurture - so we'll just cover both in here :) π‡πŽπ– π“πŽ πˆπŒππ‘πŽπ•π„ To create great content it's about small, gradual improvements every single upload. At least that's my favorite way of going about it. Too big changes can lead to overwhelm (or stagnation after making those changes) So to do this, please post your new videos in the video feedback section to get help from others on how you can improve the next upload πˆπ… π˜πŽπ” 𝐇𝐀𝐕𝐄 ππ”π„π’π“πˆπŽππ’ Drop them in here :) π‘π„π’πŽπ”π‘π‚π„ π‹πˆπ’π“ - Creating your channel checklist - Video Ideation + Script template - The most important tools for YouTube - How to come up with unlimited video ideas - You need to use this intro formula

@Benjamin Ewert My plan for now is to use to my YouTube channel to grow my potential base and direct people to my digital products (the homeschool units and other digital products). Wishful thinking for now πŸ˜…... I'm here to learn all the places I'm going wrong πŸ˜‚.

@Benjamin Ewert My content plan includes videos for parents on teaching particular topics in biology through storytelling. Thank you for the recommendation. I follow a couple science channels that do videos and subscriptions for their curriculum, but I hadn't come across Mark Rober.
