Recommend me a versatile pair of shoes
Hey everyone, I’m looking for a single pair of shoes that can work well with all the clothes I recently picked up (listed below). I want something versatile that ties everything together. I've already looked around quite a bit, but I'd love your unbiased opinions. For context, I’m 18, and during winter I solely wore Timberland 6-inch boots in cognac leather. Now I’m looking for something else during the warmer temperatures. Also — is there anything you think I’m missing that would really round out this wardrobe? (I’m already planning to grab the navy and black versions of the linen trousers, and I have undershirts.) Let me know if you need more details. Appreciate any suggestions!

@Nicholas Logan Good to know—they definitely seem like serious boots. I’ll check out the others you mentioned too. Not sure how easy they are to get here in Belgium, but I’ll look into it.
Introduce Yourself (ALL Intros HERE Please!)
OK, so by introducing yourself you are guaranteed to get to level 2 - it's really that easy and I LOVE learning more about the cool people in this group. Feel free to share where you're from, why you're here, what you do for a living, and what you like about style. Are you a watch guy, suit guy, fragrance guy, or maybe just getting started? Have fun here!

The Dog Survey
Someone suggested creating a survey about something important in my life. That something—other than my family—is dogs. I’ve had a bunch of them all my life. I’ve had Dobermans, wiener dogs, and mutts. The two I have now are a Border Golden (or Border Retriever, depending who you ask—which is just a mixed breed in my opinion) and a Rhodesian Ridgeback. Both are rescue dogs, and they are excellent. They’re literally part of the family, just like the rest of us. When it comes to striking up a conversation and getting really, really, really good positive attention, a two-dollar dog is better than a $150,000 wristwatch. I mean, honestly—what do you want to know more about: my watch or my dog? If I drive my busted Hyundai to the dog park and walk around in muddy clothes, all the girls stop to ask about my dog. They don’t even notice the car or the mud. So here’s what I’d love to know: - Do you gentlemen own a pet? - If so, what kind? - If it’s a dog, what type or breed? - Do you have any professional experience with animals—K-9 handler, veterinarian or vet tech, ranch hand, etc.? Animals are a great way to get out, get moving, and stay engaged with the world around you. I hope everyone gets to enjoy the coming warm weather with a four-legged friend.

We have an Australian Shepherd at home. I totally agree with you on how great dogs are for getting out and staying active. They're amazing companions. I actually know someone who has a Rhodesian Ridgeback too, and that dog is incredibly kind and well-behaved.
