@Kelly Viall I just bought a new rice cooker (Aroma Professional 4QT). The minimum water mark is 2, how can I make the best sushi rice with it? My rice has been a bit weird 😂

I had a sushi class in Huntsville and our community member Lidia Devenny showed up! I'm really excited about our new little community, and hope we can build it bigger and better every day, but the best part is getting to know the people in our community.
