As @Karin Crawford mentioned in her post, we are blitzing for our communities to help keep each other accountable. My Goals for March: - Reach 150 members - started with 64, at 66 today - Increase over all engagement - started with 81%, this weekend is slow for some reason, we are at 79% today. - Increase conversion- started at 196 visitors 16.3% conversion, today im at 213 visitors 15% conversion - Increase ranking; started at #183 , now at #172 This week I made a huge leap and made some monetization changes to the Community that the current community completely in on board with. I worked on updating 5 modules and created 3 more. I have started also implementing a questionnaire at the end for them to audit the model after. I revamped my about page and general blurb. I added a new ending to my YouTube videos to point people to Skool. Today I posted to TikTok, Instagram and Facebook about the changes and plan to continue creating content in all to drive traffic to Skool. I revamped my website to reflect changes in Skool as well as my Direct.me (like link tree) I have posted in a few communities in Skool about changes (where appropriate) and happened to message a customer today and mentioned the changes. That resulted in my 2 new members. My big stick is converting. Engagement is usually up in the 85%+ and currently rank has been steadily improving.
