A little behind-the-scenes from my own process this week…
One of the core principles inside Finesse Your Success is using your body as a tuning fork, letting your nervous system guide what gets your time, attention, and energy. This week, I had to take another big dose of my own medicine. As I re-aligned and gained deeper clarity on who I serve and how I support my ideal client, my mind got excited and wanted to jump straight into action. But my body said clearly: “Not yet. Slow down. I’m not there.” So instead of pushing forward, I softened, I relaxed my mind. I let my body settle. I made space for my spirit to set the pace. And everything started to land more cleanly from that place of calm. I’m curious…What is your nervous system guiding you toward (or away from) this week? Share below!
Brava, Ky. Congrats on listening to your body and slowing everything down. I'm currently guiding a client to get out of her mind and listen to her body. I believe that the body, not our over-used and often over-accelerated mind, is our home base. Similar to you, I'm creating space, observing where I place importance, staying open to receive, and continuing to choose to slow everything down for more ease and flow in my daily life. This week, I'm testing whether I remain calm consistently, even when provoked.

As a Mind Coach, I'm practising "not over-preparing" for coaching sessions. Instead, I review all my client notes, recalling what's most resonant for my Client, centre myself using my breath, and, without certainty, I rest in curiosity of what may unfold. I tell myself to let go of anything I may not know and lean into all that I already know, knowing that it's enough. Authentically Calm ... As a result, sessions have flowed with ease having followed a more spontaneous and creative, yet meaningful, path. Knowing that all will be okay, has made sessions more fun and rewarding for both parties. Having an ongoing practice of this, I feel and trust that I'm edging toward mastery. That's my win. ALOHA

Vision Board
This is my vision board. I want lots of time to relax and regulate my nervous system. I want to do lots of yoga, sit in the sun, go hikes, get a place with a charming out space, get a place with an extra room to work with clients and do breathwork and get some beautiful jewelry!

AI Business Builder Kick-Off Takeaways!
We did it! We kicked off our first AI Business Builder class, and I really appreciated your engagement and participation. Some of my key takeaways were the need for support with the tech (Canva intro video, coming soon!), the power of gaining personal awareness of limiting beliefs, and the magic of this group reminding us all that we are in this together!
