This week, I had to take another big dose of my own medicine.
As I re-aligned and gained deeper clarity on who I serve and how I support my ideal client, my mind got excited and wanted to jump straight into action.
But my body said clearly: “Not yet. Slow down. I’m not there.” So instead of pushing forward, I softened, I relaxed my mind. I let my body settle. I made space for my spirit to set the pace. And everything started to land more cleanly from that place of calm.
