A. Final editing of my eBook on Mental Health in Construction. My goal is to have it ready to publish within two weeks. B. Reach out to all open leads. C. Continue one-minute breaks each day (plank, arm weights, stretching)

Meet Gerbielyn, is a VIP member in our community, and HR Director for Seattle King County's 16,500 employees. She completed the 5 Day Get it Done Challenge and become a VIP client early this year. Here what happened in the firs t6 weeks of working 1:1 in VIP with Anna: Gerb fits into old jeans, gained muscle, feels more confidence, lost the emotional weight from her divorce and much happier overall so much that her daughter and sister in law couldn't help but ask, "Mom! One thing I'm really pleased with this week is consistent exercise (swimming, walking, and Tai Chi). This week, I increased my laps at the pool (32 laps), walked more frequently, and am integrating more Tai Chi into my day, even outside of classes. I'm noticing small shifts in how my body feels while exercising and, overall, increased energy this week.

I’m away this week for my son’s graduation and visiting family in CA, so taking a break from work and prioritizing: 1 keeping up with Tai Chi, yoga & swimming daily 2 helping my parents as we deal with cognitive decline 3 helping my son with next steps after graduation
