I got certified as a expert coach!! I finally did it!

Does anyone know where I can find the client feedback forms and the expert coach feed back form? I'm trying to subit it with my video.

Hello powerful souls! Today @ 11am I had one of the best coaching sessions from @Rishi Gupta He helped me get crystal clear on some goals that I've been holding back from myself. I also had some worrying thoughts about becoming a coach and finishing the expert coaching program, however rishi helped me feel more confident with just asking me these simple questions. "What are you struggling with?" "What do you want to achieve?" and "what can you do now to get to where you want to be"? These simple questions allowed me to dive deep into my guidance system to receive the answers I've been looking for.
