@Amber Naz that means skin lacks moisture, hydrate from within and also use hylauronic acid or mosturizing toner. Since the city i live in has also very dry weather I have been using lanolin and paraffin based mosturizer
🌷 Why do women feel so “unstable” in today’s society?
This is something I’ve been thinking about gently… Not as criticism but as understanding. Women are often labeled “unstable”, “too emotional”, or “confused”. From a very young age, women are taught to: look a certain way behave a certain way dream, but not too loudly be strong, but not too independent be soft, but never weak We’re expected to glow, grow, heal, earn, love, sacrifice, stay calm, stay pretty all at once. And somehow… do it quietly. Sometimes we’re not confused we’re just tired of choosing between: Career vs family Confidence vs likeability self-care vs guilt And still, we show up. We learn. We work on our skin, our minds, our communication, our careers....even on days when motivation feels low. Maybe women aren’t unstable. Maybe we’re just constantly evolving in a world that wants us to stay the same. ---- Question for you, Girls/Sisters: Have you ever been called “too emotional” when you were just overwhelmed? I’d love to hear your thoughts bcz this is a safe space 💗 ---

you are not alone @Watiba Danish ! Every emotion is valid and should be acknowledged, but mostly we are gaslighted into thinking that its WE who are too much...I have been called all of the above but you know what helped?! KNOWING AND UNDERSTANDING MY OWN SELF....Stay firm on your boundries, validate your own emotions, process it and then move forward, Always...
MY TODAY'S LINKDIN POST
What’s one thing you learned in school, at any age, that is useful to you professionally today? One of the most valuable things I learned in school was… how to survive the embarrassment of giving a presentation I wasn’t prepared for. I still remember it My teacher suddenly called my name, I froze, my slides weren’t ready, and everyone was staring. But instead of breaking down, I took a deep breath, walked to the front, and spoke from whatever clarity I had. I didn’t give the “best” presentation… but I learned the most important skill of my life: 1. Even when you’re not ready, show up with confidence. 2. Your voice matters more than being perfect. 3. If you keep going while scared, you’re already ahead of 90% of people. Today, whether I’m creating offers, talking to clients, or selling, this one lesson guides me every single day. What about you?
