@Seth Williams When I did this, I compared it to Datatree and Lightbox with only county and acreage range filters on. Also ran numbers where I used the filters to compare to our VA access scrub and I found LP's percent of "good" properties was around 5-10% more on each list. Since then, we've done a lot of work optimizing filters to get the best data (think excluding works like association, state, county, etc.) and haven't ran these numbers since but I'd expect our record yield is closer to when we were checking manually.
