In a month you are going to know a WHOLE lot more than 10 words working with THIS program! Good luck in your journey!

Score for 6D; 92%. The "intro to Adjectives" video was helpful, mostly for the great explanation of WHY the word order is the reverse of English. Knowing this somehow helps.

Layers
Hi. I just wanted to write a quick note of encouragement for anyone who might be discouraged in their progress. I started the program in March and really applied myself in April. Iโ€™ve gone through all of the layers and this weekend I was able to implement it. Iโ€™m an emergency room nurse and I was able to perform a complete triage in Spanish with the patient understanding me and I understanding him. Granted it was a very easy triage but all the words I needed (outside of some medical words I already knew) I found I knew due to the layers. ๐Ÿ˜Š. So keep at it, the program really does work and I was quite terrible when I started.

@Cheri Douglas As well you should have been. You are an inspiration to myself and your fellow members!

93%. That last sentence was the longest one in the course so far and is a very good test and challenge of one's understanding of es, esto, y esta. I will admit I had to review that one sentence and repeat it many times before I took the test. If this is a preview of what is to come, it will not only become more challenging but will quickly speed up one's journey to conversational spanish. I did learn that Menu in Spain is (la) Carta. In my neck of the woods, among Latin American Speakers, it is (el) Menรบ, so I answered to myself both ways.

Scores 7a,7b....7a:100%, 7B: 87% Had to work VERY hard on past tense. Video was a huge help but I needed to watch it a few times, as well as do many reviews of the flashcards. Why ? Because I am intimidated by past tense and that is because of the heavy handed way other courses have tried to teach it to me, leaning VERY heavily on grammar and all 7 tenses! But finally, I broke through the mental block and everything started making sense, thanks to that great video of Robert's!
