Question regarding International businesses dealing and language barrier solution.
I have to regularly communicate with multinational businesses (different countries), but the problem I face is that some of them do not know English well, or at all, such as French businesses, Brazilians, etc. So, sometimes I have to deal with their translator, and the communication isn't very effective. Is there anyone using a translating app that can translate meetings in real-time from English to other languages? I'm looking forward to suggestions if you or anyone in your network has utilized one.

We've worked with a few French, Korean and Brazilian companies. At one point we had a part time spanish speaking CSM for our spanish speaking companies as well. They usually prefer dealing with service providers that can speak the language. I would say as long as they have a translator, you can at least ask them the top priorities for the client and then focus on delivering those. We've used Google translate on calls to communicate and it has worked fine. It's all about what they want and are we getting close to the goal.
Need help with cold emailing
I am just starting out with cold emailing and I am using apollo to extract data for amazon sellers so what is the best way to extract the data, as which keywords, filters, or criteria, we can use to identify the best sellers. We are offering product sourcing, and brand management services.

You need to filter by Decision makers industry Location You can further niche down using different keywords. Try playing around with it to see the kind of results you get. Not sure how to filter for big sellers only
Help Needed: Boosting Conversion Rates
Hello everyone, @Saddam Hasan @Zulqarnain Nahyon Apologies for the lengthy message, but your valuable support is greatly appreciated. I've recently launched a Digital Marketing Agency, focusing primarily on web development tailored for construction contractors (I'll explain into the rationale behind this specific niche). In addition to web development, we also provide social media marketing, Google Ads, and SEO, & what client need concerning their business online presence. We haven't yet explored any freelancing platforms to get clients. Our primary source of lead generation is our existing client base within the construction contractor niche. Initially, I review each lead to discern their specific needs, whether it's web development, social media marketing, or any other service. Subsequently, I tailor our outreach accordingly, offering a complimentary consultation as a lead magnet. Although our email open rates are good, we haven't secured any leads yet, it's been 2 months. I'm seeking assistance in identifying potential issues, whether they're technical or pertain to our pitch. Any insights or suggestions on enhancing our approach would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

You need hand raisers by crafting a kickass offer. Build a website for $95. Delivery in 2 days. Only 10 spots open for this as we are in beta-testing. This is just an example to get people interested. That $95 website could be a landing page based on templates which doesn’t take more than 3-4 hrs to build. > they give you the content > they select a template from a list > You have upsells that can bump up price to $3k or whatever you want to charge for the full build. @Zulqarnain Nahyon can probably guide better on the email sequence but it all starts with a kickass Offer
Guidance required for closing a PPC client
Hi PPC Experts, I'm seeking some advice. We're trying to upsell a client on PPC services. We primarily provide products for their brand and he is very happy & satisfied with our current services. After auditing his PPC Sponsored Product campaigns, we noticed some common but minor issues. Like most campaigns are running without optimization, resulting in 100%+ ACOS. Since most products are high-ticket items, the overall account situation seems good. ACOS is 11%-13%, and the CVR is 8%, which is acceptable for high-ticket products. The total number of advertised products in this account is more than 60. The client is satisfied with his current PPC manager, who handles the account manually and charges only $300. Yes, only $300, that's the main concern. I'm mentioning all these details to seek advice on whether it's worth putting in special efforts for this type of account, considering all the above details. What if we offer him 1-2 months of free service and then pitch a monthly retainer? Your suggestions will be highly appreciated. Regards

What is the monthly ad spend and total sales of the client?

@Muhammad Ammad Hassan $300 is nothing. Go through week 1 to understand value based selling. You have to talk about the outcome for them to say yes. Hey Client, What if i can increase your PPC Sales by $10/mo in 3 months and in 6 months increase it by $25k/mo from your current ppc revenue? Would that be worth switching from your current ppc specialist? When they say yes, you can tell him you obviously charge a higher price ($1.5k/mo) for that. However, i can guarantee these results. If i can’t achieve a $10k/mo increase in 3 months, you don’t pay me anything on top of $300/mo
