To ensure this space remains a sanctuary for both of us, we will use Voxer with specific, intentional rhythms. 1. The Asynchronous Flow Voxer is our tool for the "Italicized" life—it is meant to be slow and curved, not a rapid-fire "Bold" hustle. - The Rhythm: Please leave your thoughts as they come to you. I will listen and respond during my designated "Sanctuary Hours." - The Response: Expect a thoughtful response within 24–48 hours, Tuesday through Thursday. I do not check messages on weekends or evenings to protect my own "Soft Life" reclamation. 2. The Depth Limit To keep our focus sharp and avoid the "clutter" of the standard font world, we follow the 3-Minute Rule: - Keep it Focused: Please limit voice notes to 3 minutes or less per topic. - Quality Over Quantity: This encourages you to find your "unique emphasis" before you hit record, rather than "performing" a long stream of consciousness. 3. No "Emergency" Energy In this sanctuary, we are un-learning the habit of artificial urgency. - Non-Urgent Space: Voxer is for processing your "labor" and your "letting go". - The Pause: If you are feeling a "Bold" sense of panic, I encourage you to use the Pregnant Pause tools from Module 2 before reaching out. Most of the time, the answer is already waiting in your own silence. 4. Protecting the Midwife I cannot help you birth your most peaceful self if I am drowning in "puppet strings" myself. - Mutual Respect: By honoring these boundaries, you are practicing the very self-preservation skills this course teaches. - Access, Not Ownership: This tier provides you with my expert guidance and "Midwife" perspective, but it does not mean I am "on-call" for daily minutiae.
