@Nolla Nella With Self-Remembrance, I keep doing what I can do and what I should do for helping the world to move forward towards "THE SELF-REALIZATION" PATH, and My doing is without the expectation of a fixed result, instead I have KNOWN through my experiences that the ultimate result is ALWAYS BEAUTIFUL -NOT GOOD or BAD- IT IS ALWAYS BEAUTIFUL! ( YES, at this moment, it might seem or DOES seem unfavorable, but sooner or later it will be realized that every unfavorable result was actually A BLESSING IN DISGUISE.) In a nutshell, I ENJOY every second of doing what I SHOULD DO with the UTTER SELF-REMEMBRANCE. And FOR ME THAT IS THE ULTIMATE GROWTH's PATH. GRATITUDE!

My wife left me
Sorry to be gone for several hours. I had to take my wife to the airport!!! She left me for LA for two weeks~!!! She will return!!! SO, it's me and my two monkeys. It's gonna be interesting~~ First mission, prepare food. Tell me what you think...

The meaning of "Namaste" 🙏
Namaste means that I respectfully greet you. It shows respect, humility,peace, and equality recognising the value of the other person. It used as hello,goodbye,or a sign of respect. It is also used at the end of yoga sessions to seal the practice and honor the connection between teacher and student,or self and others. "Sooda this is for you.🥰🥰"
