I have been thinking how my expectations can change my results, so what can I work on that is just about the process. We’ve all seen confident creators who seem to know exactly what to make… but most beginners freeze at the starting line. Here’s the difference and exactly what you can start making TODAY: 1️⃣ Make something tiny on purpose. Big ideas overwhelm your nervous system. Pick something small enough that your body says “yes.” One line. One colour. One shape. That’s it. 2️⃣ Choose ONE emotion and express it. Don’t ask “What should I make?” Ask: “What am I feeling?” Turn that feeling into a scribble, symbol, wash, or word. 3️⃣ Share it somewhere safe (even privately). You don’t build confidence by being perfect you build it by showing up. Save it, post it in this community, or tuck it in your journal. Every share reinforces: “I am someone who creates.” Start small. Start honest. Start today. Today mine is colouring, (yup, it’s the tower card. Telling me to gain some perspective) what’s yours?
