Iâm trying something differentâŚ
Lately, Iâve been catching myself running on autopilot, handling things, pushing through, keeping busy⌠but not actually feeling okay. Almost like my nervous system is always one step ahead of me. Yesterday I just sat down, closed everything, and actually felt my body for the first time in a while. And wow⌠There was so much sitting there that Iâd been ignoring. What one thing has your body been trying to tell you, but youâve been brushing off? I feel like a lot of us are in that same space right now.
