@Elsebeth Fogh Elsebeth, I read your list twice, and I hope you'll read it a few more times yourself, slowly, because it's extraordinary. Family secrets faced. Motherhood as a teenager. A divorce. Fourteen years walking beside your husband through sobriety, and then through a heart attack and cancer. A successful business built through all of it. Children and grandchildren thriving. And now, at 63, starting over again, AI, coaching, going international, when so many people your age have decided their reinventions are behind them. That is not the résumé of someone who wonders if she's capable. That's the résumé of someone who has proven, over and over, across decades, that she can face the hardest things life brings and keep building anyway. So on the days the doubt whispers, "who am I to do this," this list is your answer. You've already done far harder things than the one in front of you. The phrase you used, "the inner power to give myself permission to start over," that's the whole thing, isn't it? You don't need anyone else's permission. You've earned your own, many times over. Integrate those inner pandas and go. ❣️🐼 The world needs what someone with your life behind her has to offer. 🐼🧡
