I’m enjoying the habit tracker! Unfortunately not hitting my macros lately 😖 i’m still losing weight, but i’m definitely gonna need to up the protein to make it sustainable. Still glad i’m tracking and I havent gone into all or nothing mode and given up

Beef Jerky!
Instead of going out for breakfast and having a 700 cal meal, I just had some beef jerky instead. I keep a bag in my work backpack at all times just in case I can’t wait until lunch. It keeps me from eating out, it tastes good (especially the teriyaki flavor) and the protein is higher than a protein bar. Great alternative to most snacks.
