Business growth for people with limited time
Before you build anything new – do this first.
Most of us are sitting on waaaaay more revenue than we realize. We just keep building new things instead of finishing the things we started. So here's a quick audit to see if you're already sitting on a goldmine: (Takes about 20 mins, and AI can definitely help - just brain dump Step 1 into Claude or ChatGPT and then ask it to help you work through Steps 2 and 3.) Step 1: List everything you've already created. Courses, templates, frameworks, workshops, PDFs, email sequences, training videos. ALL of it. Even the stuff you forgot about. Step 2: Ask yourself – is this actually solving a problem people will pay for? Not "do people like it." Do people NEED it badly enough to hand over money for it. Step 3: Look for patterns. What do people ask you about repeatedly? What do you explain so often you could do it in your sleep? That's your next offer hiding in plain sight. Step 4: Pick ONE thing to repackage, relaunch, or finally actually sell. What's one thing you already have that you could do more with? Drop it below – I'll give you a quick thought on it. (P.S. @Tori Studer Great case study! And yes, balance is key. But I also know people who have sold the same things for YEARS and just keep improving and adjusting from there. Now, I get bored with the same things, so I actually like creating new shiny things...😜 but I think it's more about finding that balance that works for you!

@Aide Badilla Clarity often follows movement - very true. Sometimes we have to start walking down a path in order to see what the next step is.
Potential Offer Thoughts?
I am hesitantly asking for opinions of my potential service offers... while I'm a FB/IG ads strategist at heart, I wanted to provide additional options for fellow mompreneurs. I don't know if these offers are really something someone would pay for? It's something I know I would love to do, but here goes.... 1. Personalized Marketing Roadmap - for early on stages when you have all the things you need to do to get going... research, messaging, avatar, tech.. that take concentration and time... I ask for all the important deets and then produce a roadmap with all of that broken down to save time and frustration. (all the things - 'tell me where to start') 2. Business Fairy - when you have all the things ready but you don't have the time to implement like you want due to distractions of life. So setting up the tech, creating an ad framework, laying out the offer page, starting off an email sequence... those types of things that are on the to-do list but never seem to get done and stall momentum. (I have a plan - 'help me build it') SO - thoughts - be honest. I think I can take it. 😅 I just really want to show up for other moms because I get it. I've been there but I know we need more support than DFY ads management. Thanks in advance!!

@Carrie Smith AI can be an amazing tool, but even the most well-crafted Skills and GPTs can still make errors. (And the not well-crafted ones make a LOT of errors!) And if someone doesn't know what they don't know, it's hard for them to spot what's actually good advice and what's not. That's where YOU come in!

@Carrie Smith There are definitely options! A lot will depend on the time you want to put into marketing/selling and how much you'd like to make from each offer. (Lower ticket things tend to need a bit more marketing while they're getting going and obviously you need more people to hit any financial goals, whereas higher ticket things would have a bit of a different marketing/sales approach but would hit your financial goals faster.) What are your goals with these offers?

I'm currently struggling to make it to 7 days before switching to a different language. Right now I bounce back and forth between Portuguese, French, and Latin, and Spanish for my son. (hehe...squirrel...😜)
