Why You Keep Stopping (Even When You Care So Much)
Most women think they have a content problem. They don’t. They have a safety problem. Let me explain. Your nervous system is always asking one question: 👉 “Is it safe for me to be seen right now?” And if the answer is no… you don’t show up. Not because you’re lazy. Not because you lack discipline. Not because you don’t want it badly enough. But because your body is protecting you. Here’s what that looks like in real life: • You open TikTok… then scroll instead of posting • You record a video… then delete it • You plan content… then overthink it to death • You “take a break”… but never come back consistently That’s not a strategy issue. That’s your root. 🌱 The Root: Where fear, self-doubt, comparison, and overwhelm live (where your body learned it’s not safe to be fully seen) 🌿 The Rising: What happens when you start creating from safety instead of survival ✨ One shift you can make today: Next time you go to post… pause and ask yourself: 👉 “What feels unsafe about this right now?” Not “what’s wrong with me?” Not “why can’t I just do it?” But gently: 👉 “What is my body trying to protect me from?” Judgment? Rejection? Getting it wrong? Being visible? Awareness = power. Because once you see it… you stop fighting yourself. And that’s where everything begins to change. You don’t need more strategies. You need to feel safe enough to use your voice. And that’s exactly what we’re doing inside The Rising 🤍

The power of AWARENESS!!! That’s where it all begins!
Silent Saturday
Today is the quiet in-between. The day after the sacrifice… and the day before the miracle. Yesterday, everything changed. The cross. The pain. The weight of it all. And today? Silence. No answers. No movement. No visible proof that anything good is coming. Just waiting. But this is the part we don’t talk about enough the space between what was paid for… and what hasn’t risen yet. Because even in the silence, God is still working. Even when it looks like the story is over… it’s not finished. So if today feels heavy, if it feels unclear, if it feels like you’re stuck in the middle— you’re not behind. You’re standing in the space where sacrifice has already been made… and resurrection is on the way. 🤍

God does some of His most beautiful work in the time that He seems most quiet to us. I am so thankful for His sacrifice and resurrection!! He is always faithful and leading us in the direction of His love 💗
Stuck in an Overthinking Loop?
If you’ve ever spent an hour trying to write a simple post… Only to delete it… You’re not lazy. You’re overloaded. Your nervous system is saying: “This feels like too much input right now.” The fastest way to get clarity is often reducing stimulation first. Try these two simple resets: ✔ Reduce input for 10 minutes Put your phone down, step away from the screen. ✔ Go for a short walk Walking rhythm regulates your nervous system and clears mental clutter. When your system settles, your brain shifts back into creative mode. Clarity returns quickly. This is why regulation always comes before strategy. Inside The Rising, we teach the deeper reason many women struggle to express their message online. It’s rarely a strategy problem. It’s usually a nervous system + identity block. And once that unlocks, messaging becomes natural.
Going Blank When You Try To Create Content?
Most women think their problem is not knowing what to say. But very often the real issue is nervous system activation. When your brain perceives visibility as risk, it moves into protection mode. That’s when you experience: • overthinking • freezing when recording • rewriting captions 10 times • suddenly feeling exhausted Your body is trying to keep you safe, not sabotage you. Here are two quick ways to regulate before creating content: ✔ Shake out your arms and shoulders for 30 seconds (This releases stored tension from the stress response) ✔ Take 5 slow breaths with a longer exhale (Longer exhales signal safety to your nervous system) Then record. You don’t need perfect clarity. You need a regulated body. And when your nervous system is regulated, your message becomes magnetic. If you want to understand why visibility feels unsafe and how to move through it, that’s exactly what we teach inside Magnetic Messaging and The Rising. This is where we help women regulate their nervous system so their voice can finally come through. Drop a heart emoji if this resonates with you ❤️
When everything feels like it’s trying to derail you… what do you do?
This morning did not start peacefully. Argument. Stress. Emotions. A lot on my plate. And a full, busy (but good) weekend ahead. Isn’t it interesting how that happens? You pray for something meaningful, something joyful, something important…and suddenly resistance shows up out of nowhere. Little things. Big feelings. Unexpected conflict. Exhaustion. Stuff that makes you want to shut down, snap back, or crawl back into bed. So here’s my real question for you: 👉 When it feels like the enemy is trying to get in your way… what do you do? Do you push through? Do you pray? Do you cry it out? Do you get quiet? Do you fight back? Do you let it derail your whole day? No judgment here — just honesty 💛 Personally, I’m learning that not every battle needs my reaction…but every battle does need my grounding. Sometimes that looks like prayer. Sometimes it looks like taking a walk and breathing. Sometimes it looks like doing the next right thing even when my emotions are loud. Sometimes it looks like giving myself grace instead of pretending I’m fine. You don’t have to be perfect to keep moving forward. If today feels heavy, chaotic, or emotional… you are not alone. And one hard moment doesn’t get to decide your whole weekend. 💬 Tell me — what helps you reset when everything feels off?

I feel that completely!!! It is such a pattern of forward then here comes a distraction or disruption. I have done better once I can step back and recognize the pattern, know that I can pause and pray and not overreact. Certainly wasn't my way of managing in the past...now, after learning that my nervous system needs to recalibrate, I can think and respond. Not going to let that disruption devil knock me off my forward progress!!!
