When everything feels like it’s trying to derail you… what do you do?
This morning did not start peacefully. Argument. Stress. Emotions. A lot on my plate. And a full, busy (but good) weekend ahead. Isn’t it interesting how that happens? You pray for something meaningful, something joyful, something important…and suddenly resistance shows up out of nowhere. Little things. Big feelings. Unexpected conflict. Exhaustion. Stuff that makes you want to shut down, snap back, or crawl back into bed. So here’s my real question for you: 👉 When it feels like the enemy is trying to get in your way… what do you do? Do you push through? Do you pray? Do you cry it out? Do you get quiet? Do you fight back? Do you let it derail your whole day? No judgment here — just honesty 💛 Personally, I’m learning that not every battle needs my reaction…but every battle does need my grounding. Sometimes that looks like prayer. Sometimes it looks like taking a walk and breathing. Sometimes it looks like doing the next right thing even when my emotions are loud. Sometimes it looks like giving myself grace instead of pretending I’m fine. You don’t have to be perfect to keep moving forward. If today feels heavy, chaotic, or emotional… you are not alone.
