Oh, my go-to- smoothie with my grandsons (get more greens in them!) It's a spinach-mango-banana-pineapple smoothie! There are many variations of it...I add tofu, hemp heart seeds...YUM!💚😍

@Emil Moldovan Oh, thank you! I have such a difficult time walking past some of the shops in Korea that have left their plants out to die! 😢 A few years ago, one all-glass-window noodle shop had the disaster of a car (don't know how) smashing the glass wall entrance. With all the caution tape strung around. I knew the winter forecast was coming with -10 degrees.... I walked by this rubber tree (I have so many—a traditional gift to businesses when they open). I watched it be used as an ashtray and garbage wrapper, and it spoke to me every time.😢 So, one night during the week (less people out) around 11pm (because less people around), I became the plant rescuer of this abandoned baby. I walked up...picked her up and took her home to my rooftop apartment. I gave her a bigger pot, new soil, and lots of TLC. I call her "Tilly," as in 2-ton Tilly! She was heavy and tall... She is at my son's academy now...and thriving. Maybe I should open a plant rescue?! Hahaha💚😅💖 Maybe that is the beginning of my comedy show!! The Plant Thief!! hahaha😅😅💚😍🌼🌱
