Sticky short stack db pot on the flop, we call. Turn, facing the shorty all-in, do we call or jam?

I like jamming for multiple reasons; the hand is certainly strong enough. With the overpair and J-blocker, it makes it so much more likely that you are dominating the shortstack opponent HU. Rivers can be tricky vs opponent #2 OOP in an ultra-low SPR spot as well if he flats behind. I'd rather push my equity now vs them. It can deny lots of equity vs some parts of their range, and you can get called and still have the best of it. Opponent #2 can make some easy decisions on the river with draws that completely wiffed, that would have put the money in on the turn if you jam (a straight draw + clubs and no pair for example).
WTF hand???
Yesterday I had such a strange random experience, that it took me a while to recover, not because of the size of the pot, but because of what has happened. So I guess you know this shitty feeling when some one hits quads against your full on the river, or goes all-in pf with KK vs your AA and you lose. It sucks, but that is explainable. What happened to me was completely different. Please look at the hand (it is 1-2$) and share your thoughts. So the guy here is playing for a while on the table and is up like 2-3 buy-ins. He opens button, I 3-bet, I bet half pot flop, he calls. I bet half pot turn looking for hands like TJJK or TJKK, he calls. River I do a bet of 50$ and he clicks me bet 100$. I am calling out of curiosity already and because the hand doesn't make to much sense. And here is the hand. Really felt like I was scammed.

That would shake me a little too, lol I wouldn't suspect foul play based on that hand alone though. If I had a dollar for every inexplicable play an opponent made against me, I wouldn't need to be grinding mid-stakes.
Did I over play this?
Feel like I misplayed this. I just 3 bet these same two opponents and they both called and folded OTF, so when UTG 4 bets it's aces heavy. Is the call PRE ok? Is it a call OTF w/just BDFD's? https://www.pokerstarsreplayer.com/hands/5183201676

AKJ6 does pretty bad vs an AA-heavy range, even if it is double suited. So folding to the 4bet is probably the better option. You could have also just called preflop instead of 3bet squeezing, but it's close. The big mistake though is calling on the flop. Two BDFD's isn't good enough to commit your stack on an SPR 1 flop.

@David E Absolutely AKJ[2-5] (xxyy) is a better 3-Bet candidate even. And once you start getting connected to the KJ the squeeze becomes mandatory obviously.
Time management
I have a full time job, so I tend to spend more of my free time playing rather than studying. What are some good ways to make sure we incorporate enough study time into our daily routine?

I usually start off my study sessions by looking up some preflop spots that I tagged/ screenshot from the previous day. It can go by very quickly on days where I'm less motivated to study, or it can last a while if I have the desire to delve into spots more deeply. On some days my motivation to study only kicks in once I force myself to do that small amount of daily training. Maybe you can tell yourself that you will train X# of hands before each playing session, then track your results to see how you are doing in different spots.
Flopped Flush in 3BP
SB(TAG)(3-bettor) c-bets 25%, UTG(LAG)(PFR) calls, I call. Turn, SB barrels 20%, 2 calls. River SB all-in UTG folds. I think that the SB can have just the Ad here sometimes, how often/which hands should we call?

I don't have an amazing answer for you, but you have to give your opponent a lot of credit to put them on a three barrel bluff into two people. In 5-card especially I just see them show up with the nuts so often. Versus loose or aggressive opponents though, looking them up with a q-high flush sometimes is certainly part of a healthy strategy. You ask good questions for sure about how often you should do that, and how other hand components should affect those tendencies. I wouldn't call very often in this specific spot on the river versus the people I'm used to playing with.
