The Step-By-Step Guide to Starting a Highly Profitable Mastermind from Scratch ($101k in 24 hours)
I made $101k in 24 hours when I launched my mini-mastermind on Skool. Just over a year later, I've collected $1,056,000 & counting. Margins are 73% while I'm sipping pina coladas in Bora Bora... Just kidding, I don't drink, but the margins are still 73% without me having to spend more than a few hours per week in Skool, and it does allow me massive time freedom while seeing student results flood in like Noah's Ark on Niagara Falls. The goal of this post is to show you some simple shifts that you can implement right now, based on where you are in your journey, to help you have similar success. Let's start with where I was before the launch (April 2022): I'm Troy Ericson. I have an email marketing agency called Email Paramedic. We are widely considered the best Email List Management & Email Deliverability agency, period. This is my bread & butter that makes most of my money. HOWEVER, that's a totally different market. They want done-for-you, not coaching. At the time, I'd generated over $50MM for my done-for-you clients, and had worked with big names like Traffic & Funnels, V-Shred, Rich Schefren, RAZE Energy, Joel Erway, Zipify, SmartMarketer, 10X Advisor Network, David Meltzer, Stefan Georgi, Jason Capital, Joel Marion, SamCart, etc, etc etc... But it didn't matter. I was only making $50-100 per coaching student per month, and spending at least an hour per day inside of it. And this freaking BOTHERED me because I wanted to teach others like my mentors had taught me... But without burning myself out for pennies. Why do I tell you this? Because most of you think that you need to 'wait a few years' to have massive success & huge credentials before you start coaching anyone. That's not true. And it's something that you're telling yourself in order to procrastinate (I say that in the most helpful way possible). Of course, I'm no fan of inexperienced coaches who coach coaches on how to coach coaches... But the truth is, if you're 1-2 steps ahead of your audience, you NEED TO START COACHING SOMEONE NOW. Even if it's just 1 person.

How we made โ‚ฌ141 700 in 8 days with a Multi-Tiered Membership in Skoolยฉ
Hi Everyone ! I have made this video to show you how we used Skool in a creative way to build a ๐—น๐—ผ๐˜„ ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ธ๐—ฒ๐˜ ๐—บ๐˜‚๐—น๐˜๐—ถ-๐˜๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ ๐— ๐—ฒ๐—บ๐—ฏ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜€๐—ต๐—ถ๐—ฝ in no time ๐ŸŽ‰ We do things in a very Lean and Creative way ๐Ÿ˜ Nothing existed prior to selling the offer, yet it turned out te be EPIC ! I switched my model from High Ticket only to a Low-ticket Hybrid model + High Ticket (1:1 + Mastermind) on top of it. I went ๐—ณ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—บ ๐˜€๐˜‚๐—ฝ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ-๐˜๐—ถ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ ๐˜๐—ผ ๐—บ๐˜‚๐—น๐˜๐—ถ-๐˜๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ ๐Ÿ˜‚ - No calls - Over delivering - More impact - More scalability - More Fun - More happy clients โš ๏ธ I believe Multi-tiered Hybrid membership is ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—ณ๐˜‚๐˜๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ฒ. - it combines course, coaching & community at scale - it can serve as a springboard to High Ticket on the back-end - you don't create more, you just give more access to those who pay more - it's the easiest thing to do if you start I think you'll love the video, the accent and what we do to aim for ๐Ÿญ๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿฌ% ๐—ผ๐—ณ ๐˜€๐˜‚๐—ฐ๐—ฐ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜€ :) As of right now, i'm only serving the French speaking Market. 56 250 $ /month with Skool.com
Thanks to Skool, I've been able to create my dream e-commerce school where every student shares their ideas, and I can track each student's progress. Here's how it works: The enrollment fees for my course range from $1200 to $750. Once enrolled, only a few modules are unlocked initially, allowing students to achieve excellent results quickly. After that, if the student wishes, they can book a call with members of my team to move to the next level and unlock the next module. This allows me to evaluate the student's progress and ensure they are doing things correctly to avoid any legal or scaling issues. We take care of them. Each subsequent module costs $1000, and there are four modules to unlock based on the student's progress. It's not mandatory, but if a student is achieving results, they will naturally go further. I also have a free group on Twitter that brings in high-quality individuals, whom I can easily convert into happy clients. In addition to running my e-commerce business, I have tested other platforms. Skool is, by far, the one that frees up the most time and makes my team's work easier. There are no distractions like a Facebook group, and the learning environment is clear. Community, Classroom Events - it's a perfect 10/10.

Used Skool to Generate $40K ~ 30 days (no sales calls)
Hey guys, wanted to show how I'm using Skool. I'm using 1 community to work with free and paid users (despite everyone sayings you should use two). I explain why in the video and why I think it's working for now (and helping generate more sales). I'm selling a $97/month membership to help people get clients with video. A $1,497 automation product to automate your content workflow. And soon I'll have a $7,500 product where I show people how to hire/train a content specialist to run their content marketing program. More of my logic is in the video. Hope this helps, let me know if you have any questions.

solid!
Zero to 1k members in 90 days (follow my progress)
So after seeing the ridiculous downturn in reach from my Facebook group, and after playing with Skool for a week or so, I am now going all in with it as far as my community is concerned. Bit of background on me... Been in this game a while (opened my agency in 2013). Since then, I've been lucky enough to see great growth year on year. On average, we do $100k-$150k/month, but have done $300k in our best ever month. We help high ticket coaches and agency owners build automated lead/conversion systems without paid traffic. For the last few years, we've focused on using cold email and LinkedIn for traffic (we have pretty much the baddest ass system for this I've seen, IMO). The goal is to grow my Skool group to 1k members over the next 90 days. It will be a free group. We will be building some cold email lists and some LinkedIn lead lists to dedicate towards this goal. Driving them to a lead magnet type of deliverable, with an upgrade that leads them into the group. Looking forward to posting our results! Cheers!
