Refunds
Hi all, can we refund somebody after a payment has come through successfully? ant find the option in stripe and the refund button within skool says not enough balance?

@Thomas Jordan Membership settings of that user? I went there, under payments and an error comes up: Insufficient Balance ´This refund is greater than your account balance. Try refunding this transaction when you have more money in your account, or you can refund the customer manually using another method like PayPal.´

@Thomas Jordan Thanks. Yes, thats what I was referring to. It says, You may not refund more than your available account balance. So how do we increase the account balance? so we could refund it via skool rather than going elsewhere to send money back ´?

@Juan pablo Montoya we hide it from vimeo settings. Make it unlisted. Let me know if this works, if not - I will send screenshots of settings over.

New feature: Inline classroom editor
We wanted to make creating/editing courses as easy as possible. Now you can create/edit courses on the same page. What you see in the editor is what you get when it's saved. You can reorder your sets/modules by dragging and dropping them too. Watch the video to see how it works and let us know what you think? This is the easiest way to create/edit courses I've seen.

Request for scheduled posts. Maybe an admin-only feature? Would be great to do one deep work session per month and schedule consistent value HQ posts.

Time Stamps
Time stamps are not working anymore? or was the feature rolled back? Although they work on the other videos that I previously set time stamps on - like 6 months ago I believe
