@Chloe Payne lol staff one showed up with a glass of wine in her hand, excuse me. The other is a waxer using bad terminology. I think my eye was twitching when she was talking to her client. I’m opening a new salon June 1st. So kinda stressed.

Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) 👤
Something that will almost change your life (or at least your business): Deciding who your services and business are for! I want to help as many of you as I can with growing your businesses, so let's go riiiiight to the very beginning - in the most simplified way possible. In the comments, answer just this one question (really think about your answer): Describe your dream client in one paragragh. How old are they? Do they work? Are they studying? Do they have kids? What type of music do they listen to? Go into as much detail as possible, but be so specific that it sounds like only one person. I'll then DM you each individually and we can get started with your own individualised plan to grow your business x

I’ve bounced around so much but I think I’ve decided to concentrate on my elderly clients, nail and foot health. Nice clean and simply. Super neat cuticles. It’s what I mostly have I need to stop fighting it. I’m moving to a location near a brand new higher end 55 plus apartments
Cuticle work
I’ll try and make a video if I have time Use a blue diamond bit I put it on half speed, I use an orange wood stick instead of cuticle pusher. Sometimes the cuticle sticks too much and you can lift that pocket, then use cuticle sissors, diabetes be careful don’t cut as close to the live tissue. If they are moist I use talc free powder , dries the cuticle making the bit glide better

PAPER FORMS
Does anyone use paper forms? I am starting too, but find there's hardly any courses on it anymore. I'd love to connect with someone who could possibly support me with this tool. Thank you x
